Dunno about the ST 3ltr, but on the 2.5, looking at the Throttle Body from the barttery side of the car, the PCV is located below and to the right of the Throttle Body (courtesy of my trusty Haynes Manual) If you intend replacing the PCV, the Ford FINIS Code for the PCV is 3570066.

As the hot version of the cheap saloon, Ford released the Mondeo ST200 and ST220, which to very few's surprise come with a 3.0-liter Duratec V6 engine but only came with Front-wheel drive, with only around 200 hp this wouldn't present issues, but it reinforces that this car was indeed second to the Jaguar in the Ford hierarchy of vehicles.
